Healthcare professionals work in complex structures, dealing with factors that are difficult to reconcile: different needs, personal expectations, limited resources, given objectives, increasingly longer working careers.

The call for professional responsibility is increasingly frequent, but do contextual conditions influence the relationship between professionals and organizations?

The course aims to be an opportunity to reflect together with experts on the theme of the responsibility of the organization and the individual, because the Cisl Fp believes that knowledge is still a tool of protection that the union must offer.

Come along, we need your point of view and your experience.

At the end of the work, we will be happy to enjoy an aperitif together.
