The CISL National Pensioners Federation of Ferrara, in order to protect pensioners affected by Legislative Decree 65/2015, which only partially implemented Constitutional Court ruling no. 70/2015 by awarding a "pension bonus," paid by INPS in August, instead of the full payment of the credit recognized by the Supreme Court ruling, invites pensioners to contact the union's Secretariat to obtain the information needed to interrupt the expiration of the deadline.
This step will allow individual pensioners to subsequently evaluate whether to appeal for the recovery of the entire amount on which future adjustments will be calculated.
Our offices and contact operators, also available on the website www.cislferrara.it, will provide all the necessary information as well as sample forms for sending registered mail, which will help prevent any expiration of the deadline.
With this decision, the FNP-CISL Secretariat does not intend to create facile illusions about the outcome, but simply to provide pensioners with accurate technical information.
