QUESTIONS BY<\/b> October 21, 2022<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/h4>\n

40 million euros to help families in difficulty<\/p>\n

Applications for the 2022 Rent Contribution can be submitted.<\/u><\/p>\n

The deadline for submitting applications is set <\/u>at 12:00 on October 21, 2022<\/u><\/p>\n

Applications can be submitted by citizens in all municipalities and unions of municipalities in the Emilia-Romagna region.<\/p>\n

The recognized contribution is equal to 3 months' rent up to a maximum of 1,500 euros.<\/em><\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • \u00a0Italian citizenship, citizenship of a European Union state, or citizenship of a non-EU state provided they have a residence permit for at least 1 year or for long-term stays pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 286\/98 and subsequent amendments;<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Be the holder of a regularly registered residential rental contract (excluding categories A\/1, A\/8, A\/9) or be the holder of a contract for the assignment of accommodation owned by a housing cooperative with undivided ownership and without deferred ownership clauses;<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Have an ordinary or current ISEE 2022 not exceeding Euro 17,154.00<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Have an ordinary or current ISEE 2022 no higher than \u20ac35,000.00 and have had a drop in income greater than 25%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Two rankings will be drawn up:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \u00a0G<\/b><\/u>raduatoria 1<\/b><\/u>:\u00a0<\/b>Ordinary or current ISEE 2022 not exceeding Euro 17,154.00<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0G<\/b><\/u>raduatoria 2<\/b><\/u>:\u00a0<\/b>Ordinary or current ISEE 2022 not exceeding Euro 35,000.00 and having had a drop in income greater than 25%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      (<\/b>The drop in income is proven by the current ISEE certification or by comparing the overall income of the household for ISEE purposes certified in the declarations for the years 2022 and 2021.<\/p>\n

      The following are excluded from the contribution:<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • \u00a0Citizens who received similar funding in 2022 following regional resolutions regarding the "housing emergency," including those provided for by the "culpable default" fund and the "renegotiation of rental agreements" fund;<\/li>\n
      • \u00a0for ranking 1, those assigned to a Public Housing accommodation on the date of submission of the application are excluded;<\/li>\n
      • \u00a0ERP housing assignees can instead participate in the call for applications for ranking 2 (income reduction)<\/b><\/u>;<\/li>\n
      • \u00a0The contributions from this call cannot be combined with the portion allocated to rent from the "citizenship income".<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
