BARS, RESTAURANTS, ICE CREAM PARLORS AND PASTRY SHOPS<\/strong>
\nThe contents of this flyer are based on the text of the Decree published in the Official Journal
\n\u25cf Service activities are permitted from 5am to 6pm
\n\u25cf Catering in hotels and other accommodation facilities (with regard to their own customers) is permitted without
\ntime limits
\n\u25cf No more than 4 people are allowed at a table, unless they all live together
\n\u25cf Home deliveries are still permitted in compliance with health and hygiene regulations and take-away until
\n12am
\n\u25cf The service areas and fuel supply outlets remain open
\nHighways, hospitals, and airports, always with the obligation to enforce the interpersonal distance of 1 meter
\n\u25cf Canteen or catering activities that guarantee interpersonal safety distance are permitted
\nat least 1 meter<\/p>\n

MOVEMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is strongly recommended not to travel by public or private transport except for work, study, health or other reasons.
\nneed<\/p>\n

SCHOOL<\/strong>
\n\u25cf The teaching activities of the nursery school, of the educational services for early childhood, primary and secondary schools will continue to take place in person
\n\u25cf High schools will adopt distance learning for 75% throughout the country. It is possible to modulate students' entry and exit times.<\/p>\n

\u00a0GYMS AND SWIMMING POOLS<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Gyms, swimming pools, wellness centers, and spas are closed, except for those falling within the essential levels of care. Cultural centers, social centers, and recreational centers remain open.
\n\u25cf Basic sporting activities and physical activities at public and private clubs are permitted in compliance with social distancing rules<\/p>\n

CINEMA AND THEATERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

All performances open to the public in theaters, concert halls, cinemas and other spaces, including outdoors, are suspended.<\/p>\n

PUBLIC PLACES<\/strong>
\nAll public venues and commercial establishments are required to display a sign at their entrance indicating the maximum number of people allowed in at one time, based on current protocols and guidelines.<\/p>\n

DISCOS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Activities taking place in dance halls, discos and similar indoor and outdoor venues remain suspended, including in the case of civil and religious celebrations.<\/p>\n

Amusement arcades
\nThe activities of amusement arcades, betting shops, bingo halls and casinos have been suspended.<\/p>\n

FAIRS AND CONFERENCES<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Festivals, fairs and similar events are prohibited<\/p>\n

\u25cf National and international trade fairs remain permitted, subject to the adoption of Protocols validated by the CTS and according to organizational measures appropriate to the size and characteristics of the venues and such as to guarantee attendees the possibility of respecting interpersonal distances of at least 1 meter
\n\u25cf Conferences, congresses and other events are suspended, with the exception of those held remotely.
\nhighly recommended also for private meetings<\/p>\n

STREETS AND SQUARES
\nUrban centers at risk of crowding may be closed to the public after 9 p.m., without prejudice to the possibility of access and exit of legitimately open commercial businesses and private homes.<\/p>\n

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Public administrations must arrange for staff entry times to be staggered, except for healthcare and social healthcare workers. Staggered entry times are also recommended for private sector workers.
\n\u25cf Support for smart working is foreseen with a percentage established by art.263 of Legislative Decree no. 34\/2020 (Relaunch Decree) which provides for the possibility of using at least 50% of the personnel employed in activities that can be carried out in this way
\n\u25cf Public administrations ensure, also through the adoption of specific protocols, compliance with the current provisions regarding health protection, in order to guarantee the progressive reopening of offices and the safe return of employees
\n\u25cf In the access areas of the PA and in those of the Health Service, disinfectant solutions for hand hygiene must be made available to employees and users<\/p>\n

PARKS AND AMUSEMENTS<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Theme and amusement park activities suspended
\n\u25cf Children and young people are permitted to access places intended for play, recreational and educational activities, including informal ones, indoors and outdoors, with the assistance of operators to whom they can be entrusted with the custody and with the obligation to adopt specific safety protocols in compliance with the guidelines of the Department for Family Policies.
\n\u25cf All sporting events and competitions of any kind or discipline held in public places are suspended
\nand private individuals<\/p>\n

SPORTS COMPETITIONS<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Sporting events and competitions for competitive athletes in individual or team sports, recognised by CONI and CIP, are permitted within facilities used behind closed doors, in compliance with the protocols issued by the respective sports federations
\n\u25cf The practice of contact sports is prohibited, except for competitions recognized as being of national interest
\n\u25cf Basic amateur sports activities, schools and introductory training activities relating to contact sports are suspended, as well as all competitions, contests and activities related to contact sports of an amateur recreational nature<\/p>\n

PUBLIC AND PRIVATE COMPETITIONS<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Public and private competitive procedures are suspended, except in cases where the
\nevaluation of candidates exclusively on the basis of their curricula and\/or electronically.
\nThe suspension does not apply to healthcare and civil protection personnel.
\n\u25cf Procedures in progress and those for which there are specific organizational protocols validated by the CTS are exempt from suspension<\/p>\n
