These guidelines prioritized Italian citizenship and other types of citizenship, effectively excluding those eligible for the subsidy.\u00a0<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">holders of permits for study, self-employment, family reasons and other reasons.<br \/>\nWe remind you that the food vouchers established by the Conte government are intended to ensure that the most economically vulnerable people at this time can meet a basic need.
