{"id":3188,"date":"2019-06-28T16:24:36","date_gmt":"2019-06-28T14:24:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cislferrara.it\/?p=3188"},"modified":"2019-06-28T16:29:55","modified_gmt":"2019-06-28T14:29:55","slug":"assegno-nucleo-familiare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cislferrara.it\/en\/assegno-nucleo-familiare\/","title":{"rendered":"Family allowance"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU NOW HAVE TO APPLY ONLINE TO INPS?<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From April 1, 2019, private sector employees must apply for the family allowance (ANF) directly to INPS, via the online procedure, and no longer through their employer.<\/p>\n<p>Checks must be requested annually.<\/p>\n<p>The patronage is the only intermediary authorized to submit the request on behalf of the worker.<\/p>\n<p>Agricultural workers continue to submit their application on paper to their employer.<\/p>\n<h2>WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To apply for a family allowance through the INAS welfare agency, the following documents and information are required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>applicant&#039;s identity document and tax code;<\/li>\n<li>email address and\/or telephone number;<\/li>\n<li>applicant&#039;s pay slip or company tax code;<\/li>\n<li>date of change in marital status;<\/li>\n<li>personal data and tax codes of family members;<\/li>\n<li>household income for the year preceding the year of application:<\/li>\n<li>income from employment and similar, from pensions, unemployment, sickness, redundancy payments, etc. received in Italy or abroad, including arrears (Cu\/730\/unico);<\/li>\n<li>income from self-employment, from buildings (including the main residence) and from land (single\/770);<\/li>\n<li>absence of any other family allowance or other family treatment for a similar period;<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the authorization for family allowance issued by INPS in specific cases of separation, divorce, custody, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>you can request arrears for ANFs for a maximum of 5 years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cislferrara.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Volantino-Assegno-Nucleo-Familiare.pdf\">\u2013&gt; Download the Family Allowance Flyer &lt;\u2013<\/a> <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DID YOU KNOW YOU NOW HAVE TO APPLY ONLINE TO INPS?
