You can discuss all issues related to work organization in your &quot;Region.&quot;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working Hours <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your work schedule is scheduled biweekly and calculated for every minute of regular, overtime, or additional work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday work <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you work on Sundays and rest on another day, you will receive the 135% supplement for each hour, even if Sundays are included in your contract. If you work overtime or additional hours, in addition to the 135% supplement, you will also receive the hourly rate, bringing your pay to 235% for all hours worked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experimental part-time <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A part-time trial is underway in two warehouses and 30 branches. If you wish, you can permanently increase your weekly hours by five, allowing for flexibility and variability in your work schedule. If you don&#039;t like the new schedule, you can return to your original part-time schedule whenever you like.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Missions <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each time you go on a mission, you&#039;ll receive a mileage reimbursement of \u20ac0.35, and the company won&#039;t be able to send you further than 40 km from your branch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Welfare <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have contractually provided for civil unions certain benefits reserved for marriage. If you have a child, you can take unpaid leave up to one year of age, if you wish. You can request parental leave on an hourly basis, even in conjunction with other leave, such as breastfeeding. In the event of illness resulting from an injury, you will retain your job until recovery, as will the case for serious illness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shopping vouchers and birth vouchers <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each year, you&#039;ll receive a \u20ac100.00 shopping voucher, distributed in two installments, to spend within the company network. Mothers and fathers will receive an additional one-time \u20ac100.00 shopping voucher for each child. These payments are the same for part-time and full-time employees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Holiday donation <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#039;ve decided to set up a platform where workers can donate vacation time to less fortunate colleagues, and the company will also contribute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Committees for Relations, Security, and Equal Opportunities <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new Supplementary Contract provides for worker participation in company decisions on these issues. The health insurance contract stipulated with UNISalute is effective in the event of illness and injury. <strong>and is complementary to the East Fund. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What the policy includes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>daily allowance for medical and\/or surgical hospitalization and for day hospital <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 In the event of medical and\/or surgical hospitalization, you will be entitled to an indemnity of \u20ac50.00 for each day of hospitalization (including overnight stays) for a period not exceeding 90 days for each hospitalization.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>highly specialized services and dental checks <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 the maximum amount for all the services you can carry out will be \u20ac7,000.00 (East Fund is \u20ac6,000.00)<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 for some extra-hospital services resulting from illness or injury, payments will be supplemented with those provided by the Est Fund<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 if you take the test through the NHS, you will be fully reimbursed for the advance healthcare fee<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 dental checks that you will undergo at non-affiliated facilities will be reimbursed with a 20% deductible with a non-compensatable minimum of \u20ac60.00 for each check<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>diagnostic tests <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 all services performed at a non-affiliated centre will be covered with a deductible of \u20ac45.00<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 you have a maximum available for the whole of the services equal to \u20ac600.00<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>oncological treatments <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 In the case of oncology treatment, you will be fully reimbursed for the costs of therapy, visits, and tests.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You will be reimbursed with a 20% deductible for the expenses incurred if the services are carried out at non-contracted centers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>physiotherapy rehabilitation treatments following an accident at work <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 You can obtain reimbursement for physiotherapy treatments exclusively for rehabilitation purposes following an accident at work.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 the maximum amount for all your services is \u20ac300.00<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>dental care, conservative therapies, diagnostic dental services other than prosthetics and orthodontics <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 you can request a refund up to a maximum of \u20ac85.00<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>services at discounted rates <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 If you have exhausted the maximum coverage provided for the necessary service or if the exam coverage is not available, you will still be able to access it at discounted rates.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>consulting services <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 a toll-free number is available to request health information or book a health service<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 qualified doctors available to provide telephone advice<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The new LIDL Company-Wide Agreement, signed by Fisascat and Uiltucs, has negotiated better conditions for workers.
