{"id":2657,"date":"2017-10-24T12:45:11","date_gmt":"2017-10-24T10:45:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cislferrara.it\/?p=2657"},"modified":"2017-10-31T11:52:46","modified_gmt":"2017-10-31T10:52:46","slug":"agevolazioni-disabili-nel-settore-auto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cislferrara.it\/en\/agevolazioni-disabili-nel-settore-auto\/","title":{"rendered":"DISABLED FACILITIES IN THE AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tax legislation recognizes numerous tax benefits in favor of disabled people for the purchase and maintenance of vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>The tax breaks granted are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exemption from payment of Provincial Transcription Tax (IPT)<\/li>\n<li>Exemption from PRA fees<\/li>\n<li>VAT reduction at 4%<\/li>\n<li>IRPEF deduction at 19%<\/li>\n<li>Exemption from paying the Motor Vehicle Tax (car tax)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When are the benefits due?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>REGISTRATION: the vehicle must be registered to the disabled person or to the person on whom the disabled person is fiscally dependent<\/li>\n<li>NUMBER OF VEHICLES: the concessions on car tax and Provincial Transcription Tax are recognized for one vehicle only. The concessions on VAT and IRPEF can be granted only once every 4 years.<\/li>\n<li>DISPLACEMENT LIMITS: up to 2000 cc if powered by petrol and up to 2800 cc if powered by diesel<\/li>\n<li>PATHOLOGIES:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduced or impeded motor skills. In this case, vehicle adaptation is a necessary condition for all benefits<\/li>\n<li>Severe and permanent limitation to walking and multiple ambulations<\/li>\n<li>Psychic or mental handicap. In this case, it is provided as an additional requirement for the recognition of the benefits and the right to the accompanying allowance<\/li>\n<li>Sensory disabilities (deafness and blindness). Any concessions may be provided by the individual provinces in the exercise of their regulatory power<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NB: PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TAX BENEFITS WILL BE FORFEITED, WITH AN OBLIGATION TO RETURN, IN THE EVENT OF A PAYMENT OR FREE TRANSFER OF VEHICLES WITHIN TWO YEARS FOLLOWING PURCHASE <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tax legislation recognizes numerous tax benefits in favor of disabled people for the purchase and maintenance of vehicles.
