Forty-three apartments on Via Bianchi will be rented at a controlled rent, meaning they are intended for residents with a guaranteed income but who have difficulty accessing the free rental market.<\/p>\n
The apartments will be rented unfurnished. Leases will last for 3 years, with the option of extending them for 2 years (if the family unit meets the requirements).<\/p>\n
The energy performance is excellent: all the apartments are in energy efficiency class A;<\/p>\n
The most modern structural construction techniques were adopted to build these apartments, including compliance with the latest anti-seismic regulations.<\/p>\n
A concierge service is available to maintain common areas.<\/p>\n
Attached you will find both the\u00a0<\/strong>announcement with the required ISEE requirements, as well as the application to be filled out.<\/p>\n The question, duly completed<\/b>, in every part of it, and duly signed by the applicant<\/b>, must be alternatively:<\/p>\n 1. shipped <\/strong>by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the address of ACER Ferrara \u2013 Corso Vittorio Veneto 7 \u2013 44121 FERRARA, in a sealed envelope containing the documentation required by the Call and bearing the wording: \u201cAPPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION NOTICE FOR THE LEASE OF SOCIAL RESIDENTIAL HOUSING (ERS) LOCATED IN VIA GUSTAVO BIANCHI-FERRARA\u201d;<\/b><\/p>\n 2. sent <\/b>via certified email to: bilancio@acerferrara.legalmail.it;<\/p>\n 3. presented <\/b>Directly at the Acer Ferrara Customer Service Desk, during the hours indicated in the notice. The person in charge will issue a receipt.<\/p>\n The application must reach Acer Ferrara by March 31, 2016<\/b>For applications sent by registered mail, the postmark will be considered valid.<\/p>\n
