ACER FERRARA, by delegation received from the lead municipalities of the CENTRAL NORTH, WEST and SOUTH EAST districts<\/p>\n

communicates that the deadline<\/strong> of the public competition notice for the provision of supplementary contributions to tenants for the payment of rental fees, pursuant to articles 38 and 39 of regional law no. 24\/2001 and subsequent amendments for the year 2015, has been extended to December 11, 2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The requirements for participation are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Italian citizenship or citizenship of an EU or non-EU country, provided that the holder is in possession of a valid residence permit for a period of no less than one year or an EU residence permit for long-term residents;<\/li>\n
  2. Ownership of a rental contract for residential use (excluding accommodation with cadastral category A\/1-A\/8 A\/9 and tenants of public housing accommodation) duly registered or ownership of a contract for the assignment of enjoyment of accommodation owned by a Cooperative with the exclusion of the deferred ownership clause<\/li>\n
  3. Residence in the accommodation to which the rental\/assignment contract refers located in one of the Municipalities of the District;<\/li>\n
  4. Ordinary ISEE value for social benefits (expiring on 01\/15\/2016) not exceeding \u20ac17,154.30;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Contributions may cover up to three months' salary up to a maximum of 3,000 euros<\/p>\n
