APPLICATION FOR ITALIAN CITIZENSHIP<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What the citizen must do<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

The applicant will complete the application using the login credentials received after registering on the dedicated portal at the following address <\/span><\/span>https:\/\/cittadinanza.dlci.interno.it<\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>, and will send it in electronic format, ATTACHING AFTER SCANNING: an identification document, to the documents drawn up by the authorities of the country of origin (birth certificate and criminal record certificate) and the receipt of payment of the contribution of \u20ac200.00 required by law no. 94\/2009 (the pre-filled payment slip is available at post offices).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The ANOLF office in Ferrara is available to ANOLF members, both CISL members and non-CISL members, to provide advice and support. <\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Documents to be provided for the correct completion of the application<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a> 1 \u20ac16.00 stamp duty<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a> <\/b>Photocopy of the applicant's residence permit<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a> Photocopies of the applicant's identity document (driving license or identity card)<\/span><\/p>\n

Photocopies of all pages of the applicant's passport<\/span><\/p>\n

an email address <\/span>staff<\/b><\/span> valid on which the Ministry will send the credentials to register on the portal <\/span>https:\/\/cittadinanza.dlci.interno.it<\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span> and any other communication relating to the citizenship application (including the appointment at the ministerial offices for the delivery of documents)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Criminal record certificates from the applicant's country of origin and any other country in which the applicant has resided, translated and legalized by the Italian Embassy (LEGALIZATION EXPIRES AFTER 6 MONTHS)<\/span><\/p>\n

The applicant's birth certificate, translated and legalized by the Italian Embassy, containing the names of the parents (LEGALIZATION EXPIRES AFTER 6 MONTHS)<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a> Income tax returns (form 730 \/ UNICO or CUD) of the applicant or of the person providing support to the applicant, for the last 3 years<\/span><\/p>\n

Family status<\/span><\/p>\n

To complete the application and prepare the documents to be brought to the appointment scheduled by the Citizenship Office, please also attach:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

*<\/span> <\/b>Photocopy of the tax code of the applicant and of the family members listed in the family status <\/span><\/p>\n

* Indication of places of residence in the last 10 years of stay in Italy (Province, Municipality, Address) <\/span><\/p>\n

* Indication of accommodation (self-certification of residence)<\/span><\/p>\n
