A series of pilot appeals against the government's Legislative Decree 65, regarding pension equalization, in light of the Constitutional Court ruling on pension revaluation. They are being presented jointly.<\/span>,<\/span> The pensioners' unions Spi-Cgil, Fnp-Cisl, and Uilp-Uil of Emilia-Romagna will be present at the Bologna Courthouse. According to the unions, there are five or six cases that present clear aspects of unconstitutionality.<\/span>to.<\/span> "In Emilia-Romagna," explains Loris Cavalletti, regional head of CISL Pensioners, "we have decided to file joint appeals, and now other regions are following suit.
