The FNP Cisl believes that the Ministerial Decree approved today by the Council of Ministers is absolutely not
\nrespectful of the Constitutional Court ruling 70\/2015 which declared the
\nblocking of indexation of gross pensions exceeding three times the INPS minimum foreseen by the
\nStability Law 214\/2011 \u2013 Monti\/Fornero Law for the years 2012\/2013.
\nThe FNP Cisl considers the so-called \u201cPoletti Bonus\u201d disrespectful towards the rights of
\npensioners who are not ASKING for a gift but for a FAIR and EQUITABLE return of what they have received
\n\u201cILLECTIALLY\u201d withheld in the years 2012-2013 to the detriment of their pensions, the minor of which
\nvalue drags on throughout their lifetime, significantly reducing their purchasing power.
\nThe FNP Cisl considers the statements of the Prime Minister Matteo "immoral and unacceptable".
\nRenzi because they do nothing but contrast the problem of poverty with the just rights of the
\npensioners, constitutionally guaranteed rights, loading the difficulties arising from the crisis only on
\na part of the population and not, as would be correct to do, on general taxation.
\nThe FNP Cisl reiterates that, before even addressing the issue of the reimbursement of arrears, it is
\nit is necessary to proceed with the reconstitution of the real pension amounts on the basis of the Prodi Law
\nfor the years 2012-2013 and then apply the Letta Law on the amounts thus determined for 2014-
\n2015.
\nThe FNP Cisl further calls on the Government to immediately convene the Unions
\nfor a serious discussion that leads to the correct definition of the existing problem in compliance with the
\nruling of the Constitutional Court and pensioners' rights.
\nIf this does not happen, we will be forced, as already anticipated, to launch various mobilizations throughout the country.
\nItaly in order to see the rights of those who today feel offended by the words and
\ndecisions of the Prime Minister.
