Over the past year, FIM-CISL has provided training courses for all its RSAs, providing them with the knowledge, tools and means to best carry out their trade union role in companies.
\nThe Company Union Representation remains the main tool available to workers to know and protect their interests; it is the pillar of the union organization and the center of its action. With the daily and vigilant presence of the RSA in the workplace, we can influence the negotiations to improve the working and living conditions of the people we represent.
