\u00a0WHAT WILL WE VOTE FOR? FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE DELEGATES ASSEMBLY <\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We will elect the 30 members of the Assembly of Delegates who represent the worker members; the other 30 members who represent the Poste Group companies will be subsequently designated by Poste Italiane (nb: all the bodies of the Funds have an equal composition<\/i>).<\/p>\n

What are the tasks of the Assembly of Delegates of Fondoposte?<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

The Assembly of Delegates is a very important body that plays a role in guiding the choices of the Directors; the Assembly gives the direction of travel and the fact that the workers are represented in the Assembly guarantees that the direction of travel is the right one. Furthermore, the Assembly approves the budget, appoints the Directors and Auditors, deliberates on their responsibilities, makes any necessary changes to the Statute, chooses the auditing company<\/p>\n

WHO VOTES? WHO WILL RECEIVE THE VOTING MATERIALS?<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

All those registered with the Fondoposte in April 2014<\/p>\n

When and how to vote: November 26th and 27th 2014\u2026and not only\u2026in detail:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

November 26th and 27th<\/b> Fund members working in large production units (e.g. CMP Bologna) will be able to vote at a special fixed polling station. Methods: this one, which obviously does not concern Ferrara<\/span>\u2026Furthermore\u2026s<\/b>You will therefore be able to vote by correspondence or, alternatively, by electronic vote.<\/b><\/p>\n

Voting by mail<\/span><\/b>: those entitled to vote <\/b>will receive a registered letter from FondoPoste directly to their home with the necessary material (The Kit is composed of: ballot paper; anonymous envelope to contain the voted ballot paper; instructions for voting by correspondence and on the back the list of lists and candidates; external envelope (container) pre-stamped as priority and pre-printed with the addressee's name (Electoral Commission c\/o Fondoposte) and, on the external closing flap, the sender's name \u2013 voter-<\/i>). With this method we will have more time to vote, that is, all ballot papers received by the Electoral Commission will be taken into consideration no later than the day<\/b> December 15, 2014<\/b><\/span>.<\/b><\/p>\n

The voter<\/span><\/i><\/b> will have to take the Voting Card<\/b> and cast your vote (e.g.List no. 2 SLP CISL), by placing an \u201cX\u201d in the box containing the logo of the list you intend to vote for.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/b>The vote must be expressed in pen (use black or dark blue pen); NO PREFERENCES ARE EXPRESSED FOR CANDIDATES<\/i><\/b>, under penalty of annulment of the vote! \u2013 attached is a sample ballot paper for correspondence voting<\/i><\/b> \u2013<\/p>\n

Electronic voting<\/span><\/b> : Regarding electronic voting \u2013<\/b> which we recall is an alternative to postal voting (either postal vote or electronic vote<\/i>) \u2013 in the same shipment, the member will receive his\/her own personal and secret password, which will allow access to the section \u201cElections of the Assembly of Delegates of Fondoposte\u201d included within the website www.fondoposte.it. The voter can vote electronically from the moment he receives the electoral package<\/span><\/b>Votes cast electronically will be valid.<\/p>\n
