More stability, more competitiveness, more prospects for our businesses – whether small, medium or large – translate into jobs, job security and salary certainty. In this sense, the data provided by Carlino in recent days about theaccess to credit for the productive world of our province. PARTICIPATION LAW APPROVED. TAGLIAVIA (CISL): “A GREAT RESULT, WHICH GIVES WORKERS FOCUS”

"We did it. The law on workers' participation in the active life of companies, a battle that has always characterized the activity of the CISL at all levels, has become state law. After 77 years, Article 46 of the Constitution is finally implemented thanks to a two-year mobilization. At a national level, our confederation has collected, in the most disparate places starting from companies and city squares, over 400 thousand signatures. We are extremely happy to have given our contribution and that Ferrara has done its part". This is what the secretary of the CISL of Ferrara, Giuseppe Tagliavia, said, echoing the words of the national secretary Daniela Fumarola a few days after the approval of the law strongly desired by his predecessor Luigi Sbarra. NEW FAMILY ALLOWANCE
It is necessary rethinking taxation for families, in the perspective of a greater distributive equity, introducing a new intervention tool that overcomes, by merging them, the current family allowances and deductions for children (minors) and for the dependent spouse, through a new tax deduction system tax (Naf: New family allowance) that grows as family burdens increase and decreases as income increases.

LOCAL TAXATION AT THE SERVICE OF THE CITIZEN
It is essential to have a new regulation of local taxes and duties which provides for an overall ceiling of Taxation, more clearly linking payments to the use of local services. As local taxation increases, citizens should receive a corresponding reduction in national tax revenue.

A TAX ON NET WEALTH
The CISL wants to create a great redistribution operation of wealth in favor of those who work, of pensioners and those from the middle-low social classes to correct the growth of inequalities that has occurred over the last quarter century. The concentration of movable and immovable wealth has, in fact, increased exponentially, in a situation in which, instead, labor has ended up being taxed increasingly. For this reason, a ordinary tax on large net wealth which cgrows with the growth of movable and immovable wealth overall, with exclusion of first homes and government bonds.

REDUCE TAX EVASION
Tax evasion results in over €180 billion in revenue losses each year, increasing the tax burden on taxpayers. This is why it is necessary strengthen administrative and criminal sanctions, increase controls, improve the traceability of payments and the use of credit cards (at no additional cost) for families), introduce mechanisms to counter interest which allow buyers to deduct the related expense, revealing the turnover that is currently hidden.
