“AGRICULTURAL UNEMPLOYMENT”:

From January 1st to March 31st 2026, for agricultural workers, this is the mandatory period during which they can submit their Agricultural Unemployment application to INPS.

To avoid long waits, this year too, October we will start collecting the documentation, always with an appointment.

Unemployment benefit is available to agricultural workers who have paid at least 102 daily contributions in the two-year period 2024-2025 (this requirement can be met by combining it with contributions relating to non-agricultural dependent activity, provided that agricultural activity is predominant in the year or two-year period in question).

The benefit is due for a number of days equal to those worked in 2025, up to a maximum of 365 days, and must be submitted electronically by the deadlines indicated above.

By contacting our offices, you will be able to submit your unemployment application electronically and receive all the information on the documentation to submit.

Furthermore, in case of illness or injury, we will prepare the forms for the request for integration to the FAVLAF, we will give you information on the supplementary health funds (FISA, FILCOOP, FIS…) and check the INPS contribution statement.

Make your appointment to avoid unnecessary queues by calling 0532.773398 or 0532.777636, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30, on Saturdays (in the months of January, February, March) from 9:30 to 12:00.

Necessary documentation to submit already in photocopy:

• Photocopy of identity document and tax code
• Photocopy of IBAN code
• Photocopy of sickness or injury benefits 2025
• Photocopies of pay slips for the year 2025
• Residence permit for non-EU workers
• Passport for non-EU workers who left Italy in 2025
