The voluntary association ANTEAS of Ferrara and the Cisl pensioners' federation have activated a social secretarial and reception service Aimed at all citizens in need of advice and guidance, to facilitate access to local services for those who have difficulty navigating the social world.
This service guarantees the presence of a social worker: Dr. Lurgarda Frisancho every Wednesday morning at the FNP-CISL_Lega headquarters in Ferrara, in C.so Piave 56 from 9 to 12 – Tel 0532.773389
The activity aims to support citizens against social marginalization and, consequently, vulnerability, by promoting information, social promotion, and the implementation of loneliness prevention interventions, supporting individuals in situations of bureaucratic difficulty.
The work will involve listening and assisting in the activation of services, directing citizens to social services available in the Ferrero area.
