The FNP Cisl believes that the Ministerial Decree approved today by the Council of Ministers is absolutely not
respectful of the Constitutional Court ruling 70/2015 which declared the
blocking of indexation of gross pensions exceeding three times the INPS minimum foreseen by the
Stability Law 214/2011 – Monti/Fornero Law for the years 2012/2013.
The FNP Cisl considers the so-called “Poletti Bonus” disrespectful towards the rights of
pensioners who are not ASKING for a gift but for a FAIR and EQUITABLE return of what they have received
“ILLECTIALLY” withheld in the years 2012-2013 to the detriment of their pensions, the minor of which
value drags on throughout their lifetime, significantly reducing their purchasing power.
The FNP Cisl considers the statements of the Prime Minister Matteo "immoral and unacceptable".
Renzi because they do nothing but contrast the problem of poverty with the just rights of the
pensioners, constitutionally guaranteed rights, loading the difficulties arising from the crisis only on
a part of the population and not, as would be correct to do, on general taxation.
The FNP Cisl reiterates that, before even addressing the issue of the reimbursement of arrears, it is
it is necessary to proceed with the reconstitution of the real pension amounts on the basis of the Prodi Law
for the years 2012-2013 and then apply the Letta Law on the amounts thus determined for 2014-
2015.
The FNP Cisl further calls on the Government to immediately convene the Unions
for a serious discussion that leads to the correct definition of the existing problem in compliance with the
ruling of the Constitutional Court and pensioners' rights.
If this does not happen, we will be forced, as already anticipated, to launch various mobilizations throughout the country.
Italy in order to see the rights of those who today feel offended by the words and
decisions of the Prime Minister.
