The Civil Service of Cisl and Cgil united in the picket in front of the Prefecture of Ferrara on Saturday 15 November.
The new hiring plan of the USL company provides for one new hire for every four retirements in light of the recent inclusion of a lawyer in the company organization chart and new management appointments.
It is clear that the new structure will penalize the service to the user in the face of the decrease in nursing and auxiliary staff who provide their services directly to the person.
The prefect welcomed and listened to the trade union representatives of the category, declaring himself available to act as spokesperson for this request.
