-the prospects (risks and/or advantages) for the Company and for Poste employees following the listing even if the majority of the shares remain in the hands of the MEF?
– impact/influence of shareholders who hold 2% or 5% and what protections are there for widespread shareholding?
– the meaning (even if it is not currently foreseen for postal employees) of collective shareholding and participation in corporate governance? (a topic dear to CISL)
