● Service activities are permitted from 5am to 6pm
● Catering in hotels and other accommodation facilities (with regard to their own customers) is permitted without
time limits
● No more than 4 people are allowed at a table, unless they all live together
● Home deliveries are still permitted in compliance with health and hygiene regulations and take-away until
12am
● The service areas and fuel supply outlets remain open
Highways, hospitals, and airports, always with the obligation to enforce the interpersonal distance of 1 meter
● Canteen or catering activities that guarantee interpersonal safety distance are permitted
at least 1 meter
MOVEMENTS
It is strongly recommended not to travel by public or private transport except for work, study, health or other reasons.

SCHOOL
● The teaching activities of the nursery school, of the educational services for early childhood, primary and secondary schools will continue to take place in person
● High schools will adopt distance learning for 75% throughout the country. It is possible to modulate students' entry and exit times.
GYMS AND SWIMMING POOLS
● Gyms, swimming pools, wellness centers, and spas are closed, except for those falling within the essential levels of care. Cultural centers, social centers, and recreational centers remain open.
● Basic sporting activities and physical activities at public and private clubs are permitted in compliance with social distancing rules
CINEMA AND THEATERS
All performances open to the public in theaters, concert halls, cinemas and other spaces, including outdoors, are suspended.
PUBLIC PLACES
All public venues and commercial establishments are required to display a sign at their entrance indicating the maximum number of people allowed in at one time, based on current protocols and guidelines.
DISCOS
Activities taking place in dance halls, discos and similar indoor and outdoor venues remain suspended, including in the case of civil and religious celebrations.
Amusement arcades
The activities of amusement arcades, betting shops, bingo halls and casinos have been suspended.
FAIRS AND CONFERENCES
● Festivals, fairs and similar events are prohibited
● National and international trade fairs remain permitted, subject to the adoption of Protocols validated by the CTS and according to organizational measures appropriate to the size and characteristics of the venues and such as to guarantee attendees the possibility of respecting interpersonal distances of at least 1 meter
● Conferences, congresses and other events are suspended, with the exception of those held remotely.

STREETS AND SQUARES
Urban centers at risk of crowding may be closed to the public after 9 p.m., without prejudice to the possibility of access and exit of legitimately open commercial businesses and private homes.
PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
● Public administrations must arrange for staff entry times to be staggered, except for healthcare and social healthcare workers. Staggered entry times are also recommended for private sector workers.
● Support for smart working is foreseen with a percentage established by art.263 of Legislative Decree no. 34/2020 (Relaunch Decree) which provides for the possibility of using at least 50% of the personnel employed in activities that can be carried out in this way
● Public administrations ensure, also through the adoption of specific protocols, compliance with the current provisions regarding health protection, in order to guarantee the progressive reopening of offices and the safe return of employees
● In the access areas of the PA and in those of the Health Service, disinfectant solutions for hand hygiene must be made available to employees and users
PARKS AND AMUSEMENTS
● Theme and amusement park activities suspended
● Children and young people are permitted to access places intended for play, recreational and educational activities, including informal ones, indoors and outdoors, with the assistance of operators to whom they can be entrusted with the custody and with the obligation to adopt specific safety protocols in compliance with the guidelines of the Department for Family Policies.
● All sporting events and competitions of any kind or discipline held in public places are suspended

SPORTS COMPETITIONS
● Sporting events and competitions for competitive athletes in individual or team sports, recognised by CONI and CIP, are permitted within facilities used behind closed doors, in compliance with the protocols issued by the respective sports federations
● The practice of contact sports is prohibited, except for competitions recognized as being of national interest
● Basic amateur sports activities, schools and introductory training activities relating to contact sports are suspended, as well as all competitions, contests and activities related to contact sports of an amateur recreational nature
PUBLIC AND PRIVATE COMPETITIONS
● Public and private competitive procedures are suspended, except in cases where the
evaluation of candidates exclusively on the basis of their curricula and/or electronically.
The suspension does not apply to healthcare and civil protection personnel.
● Procedures in progress and those for which there are specific organizational protocols validated by the CTS are exempt from suspension
