Financial support for workers' entry, reintegration, and stabilization is particularly important during periods of economic hardship, says Cecilia Caselli, head of the CISL Ferrara Job Center, a career guidance and support service through which CISL Ferrara has supported over 300 people since June.
Given the fragmented nature of the incentives introduced by the 2019 budget law—Caselli continues—we deemed it appropriate, with the support of the Territorial and Regional Confederation, to create a platform that, by meeting the training and information needs of job supply and demand, facilitates their convergence.
To illustrate the national and regional incentives aimed at this, a meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 20th at 4:30 pm at the Cisl Ferrara Hall in Corso Piave 60. Fabio Gioli, Coordinator of the Cisl Emilia-Romagna Job Centres, will be present as a speaker.
