On May 31, 2016, the workers' consultation process to elect new union representatives (RSU/RLSSA) at General Cavi concluded. The workers of the Argenta production unit and the Ferrara production unit participated in the elections, involving a total of 126 employees.
The ballot boxes deliver this result:

113 employees voted, of which 112 were valid votes and 1 was invalid.
Femca-Cisl received 90 votes
Filctem-Cgil received 22 votes

It follows that 3 Delegates are assigned to Femca-Cisl and 1 to Filctem-Cgil.
Uiltec-Uil did not participate in this renewal because it was unable to compose its own list.

We would like to thank all those who expressed their vote for the Femca-Cisl list and for our candidates whose delegates are elected. Hunter Giuseppe, Negri Antonio And Simon Gabriel.

In fact, Femca Cisl Ferrara achieved 80.35% of preference, therefore, compared to the previous elections in 2012, it increases its consensus even more convincingly.

As regards the 2 Workers' Safety Representatives (RLSSA) foreseen in the company, both will be assigned to Femca-Cisl and nominated in a few days.

Aware of the responsibilities that all this entails, we ensure maximum commitment in representing and protecting all General Cavi workers.

For this reason Luigi Baiano, member of the Secretariat of Femca-Cisl of Ferrara, will be committed to supporting and collaborating with Giuseppe, Antonio and Gabriele, so that this result can increase the participation of workers in the associative action and in the life of the company.
