As the 2016 teaching competition approaches its announcement, CISL Scuola di Ferrara, in collaboration with IRSEF-IRFED, a training organization recognized by the MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research), has prepared its own training program for registered students or those who intend to register. Interested parties may register no later than February 25, 2016. An IRSEF IRFED certificate of participation will be issued at the end of each module. The training program consists of eight lectures covering the topics outlined in the General Instructions for passing the written exam. Upon completion of these lectures, an IRSEF-IRFED certificate of participation will be issued. The course strictly adheres to the ministerial program. Lessons will be held on Saturday mornings and Thursday afternoons starting in March, according to the attached schedule. Lessons will be taught by school principals from our Province and by teachers with expertise in their respective fields. The course is intended for all teachers of all levels with a teaching qualification, including those with a teacher training diploma completed by 2001/2002. In addition to the classroom lessons, our students will be provided with an access code to the online platform, which will support their study and training for the written exam for the upcoming teaching competition. Since the written exam will consist of eight open-ended questions, two of which will be in English (for elementary school students, the questions will be in English), requiring short answers within 150 minutes, our proposed product will include: – a first section of tests/questions that will present individual prompts for a short answer (in the space corresponding to a clearly indicated number of characters), with the answer being truncated when the time limit (which will be limited) expires and/or the available characters are used up. At the end of the exercise, this section will provide a finalized answer from our experts, with whom the user can compare their work; – a second section with multiple-choice tests/questions (with only one valid answer) that allows the user to assess their level of knowledge on various (non-disciplinary) topics in the general part of the program; – a third section with multiple-choice tests/questions (with only one valid answer) that allows the user to assess their level of knowledge in a foreign language; – a fourth section with multiple-choice tests/questions (with only one valid answer) on logic and reading comprehension. There will also be an additional section of reserved documentation where the speakers' materials will be posted. DOWNLOAD REGISTRATION FORM
