Applications for the new 2017 Rent Contribution call must be submitted from January 25, 2018, to April 15, 2018.
The rent assistance is intended for families holding a residential rental agreement, not assigned to public housing, who require housing support.

Who can apply
Those who can apply are:
– are Italian citizens, or EU citizens, or non-EU citizens with a residence permit of at least one year
year or EC residence permit for long-term residents (formerly residence card);
– are residents of the accommodation, located in the municipality of Ferrara, to which the rental contract refers;
– have a regularly registered residential rental contract or a lease agreement
assignment for the enjoyment of a property owned by the Cooperative with the exclusion of the clause of
deferred ownership;
– have an ordinary ISEE value for social benefits relating to the family unit (expiring on
15/01/2019) not exceeding €17,154.30;
– are not assignees of public residential housing (ERP);
– do not hold a share greater than 50% of the right of ownership, usufruct, use or habitation on
accommodation located nationwide and suited to the needs of the family unit pursuant to the Ministerial Decree of 5 July
1975 (with the exception of some cases which can be consulted in the notice);
– are not entitled to a contribution for the “housing emergency”;
– are not beneficiaries, in 2018, of a contribution from the Fund for “culpable default”;
– are not beneficiaries, in 2018, of a contribution intended for individuals subjected to eviction procedures
for lease termination.

How much are the contributions?
The grant will be awarded by moving up the ranking list until the available funds are exhausted.
The contribution paid is equal to a maximum of three months' rent, for a total amount not exceeding €1,500.00.
The rent to be taken as a reference is the one reported in the rental agreement, without ISTAT revaluations.

The application must be submitted on the appropriate form and delivered by hand or sent by registered mail with return receipt by April 15, 2018 (in case of mailing, the postmark date will be considered valid) to:
