The Cisl Colf e Badanti service was created to respond to requests for advice and assistance in the context of the burdensome bureaucratic procedures underlying the HIRING and CONTRACTUALIZATION of a housekeeper or a carer.
The service also includes the preparation of PAYSLIPS and QUARTERLY INPS PAYMENT POST for the contributions of FAMILY ASSISTANTS and DOMESTIC COLLABORATORS.
With LOW COSTS, the family or the assisted person who turns to CISL can ensure an EFFECTIVE AND TIMELY service which includes, among other things:
- Notification of hiring to the competent bodies
- Monthly home delivery of the various processed pay slips including the various contractually required institutions (holidays, holidays, thirteenth salary, severance pay, etc.)
- Quarterly delivery of the INPS MAV for payment of the contribution due, completely filled out
- Updating salary tables as per the due dates
- Preparation of the CUD form substitute declaration
- Information and advice regarding any labor disputes.
