Aggiornamento sul rapporto di lavoro domestico

We hereby inform you that the salary schedules for the year 2020 will include an increase in the MINIMUM WAGES for the worker's contractual level starting from January, due to the national update by the Ministry of Labor.

We also inform you that from 1 January 2020, in order to benefit from the tax deduction for those providing assistance to non-self-sufficient people with the 2021 tax return, the wages of the "carer" must be paid exclusively with traceable payment methods (bank transfer or check) from an account in the name of the employer. The CAF-CISL tax offices are available for any clarification.

MAV is retiring! PagoPA is coming!

Starting from the 4th quarter of 2019 (To be paid by 10 January 2020):
The new feature is related to the payment type to be used as the PDFs will NO LONGER be issued in MAV format but exclusively as “PagoPA payment notice”. Below is a preview of the graphic design of the prospectus that will be sent together with the December pay slip.

Domestic Employers are required to deliver to the worker, by 31 MARCH 2018, the declaration replacing the 2018 CU Form relating to the 2017 income.

EMPLOYERS ARE REMINDED:
That the certification should be used for:
You can benefit from the “Personal Assistance Worker Expenses” tax deduction provided that:
– the person being assisted is in a condition of NON SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
– The person providing personal care is classified as a CARER at levels BS, CS and DS of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Domestic Work.
– The employer's total income does not exceed €40,000 gross per year

WORKERS ARE REMINDED:
The need to verify the conditions relating to the OBLIGATION to submit the INCOME TAX RETURN given the fact that the domestic employer is not required to act as a tax substitute.
The tax return must be submitted in particular in the following cases:
– TFR INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS in the paycheck
– TO BENEFIT FROM THE “RENZI BONUS” (80 Euros per month pursuant to Legislative Decree 66/14)

Copy of identity document.
Copy of tax code.
Copy of the Assisted Person's identity document if different from the Employer's.
Copy of the tax code of the assisted person if referred by the employer
Medical certification relating to the non-self-sufficient person for whom the request is made
hiring a carer.
Landline and mobile telephone numbers and email address for managing the employment relationship.
Delegation of the employer in case of impossibility to appear at our offices.
WORKER:
Identity card or Passport for foreign citizens. Copy of the tax code.
If NON-EU citizen, valid RESIDENCE PERMIT or renewal receipt.
Any diplomas or professional certifications.
Address abroad or domicile for cohabitants, telephone number and e-mail address.
