Art. 1
Premise
For the two-year period 2017-2018, the National Secretariat of FISASCAT CISL has established the allocation and awarding of a total of 10 Degree Prizes, awarded at Italian universities, of €1,500.00 each. The application for participation, referred to in Article 6, point 2/a, must be submitted no later than September 10, 2018Graduates who meet the requirements set out in Article 3 below may participate.
Art. 2
Recipients
The Degree Awards are reserved for theses that concern the Private Tertiary Sector, with particular reference to Commerce, Tourism, Services, and Social Assistance.
These theses must address one or more of the following topics: regulation of the employment relationship between employees and self-employed workers; labour market; job security; conciliation, arbitration and certification of employment relationships.
Labor; labor relations and the contractual system; bilateralism; supplementary healthcare; supplementary pensions; work-life balance; international and EU labor law; immigration and integration in our country
Art. 3
Requirements for admission to the competition
The requirements for participation in the awarding of the Degree Prizes are as follows:
• be a member or child (not older than 30 years) of a member of Fisascat Cisl;
• have submitted a degree or master's thesis in the subjects indicated in art. 2;
• have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree between 1 October 2016 and 31 August 2018
• have achieved a thesis grade of no less than 100/110.
Art. 4
Criteria for the formation of the ranking
To award the Degree Prize, the Evaluation Committee will use the following parameters:
• originality of the research;
• linearity of the investigation method;
• completeness of the jurisprudential system;
• completeness of bibliographic references;
• the type of study course (Master's, Master's or short degree).
If the number of works deemed suitable by the Commission exceeds the number of prizes available, the subsequent selection will take place in the following order:
• the highest grade for the degree thesis;
• being underage;
• the overall family income conditions.
Art. 5
Recognized institutions
For the purposes of participation in the competition, all Italian universities authorized to award degrees and university diplomas are recognized institutions.
Art. 6
Methods and deadlines for submitting the application and documentation
To be admitted to the evaluation, the following documents must be submitted:
1. Envelope 1
A copy of the Bachelor's or Master's thesis, exclusively in digital format (.pdf), accompanied by an abstract summarizing the main points of the thesis.
2. Envelope 2
a. Application form (Downloadable from the website www.fisascat.it or request by email);
b. University certificate indicating the grade obtained for the Bachelor's degree, or the achievement of the Master's degree;
c. declaration of total family income;
d. self-certification accompanied by the declarant's identity document, certifying the date of birth.
The two packages must be sent in a single sealed envelope to the address below.
The application form accompanied by the above-mentioned documentation, together with the consent pursuant to Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 n.196
“Personal Data Protection Code” must be sent by registered mail to the following address:

The postmark will be used as the date of dispatch. Applications sent after this deadline will be rejected.
Art. 7
Judging committee and publication of the ranking
The evaluation commission will be appointed by the National Secretariat of Fisascat Cisl and will be composed of 5 members.
The Commission's decision is final.
Only the winners will be notified, in writing, of the awarding of the prize and the date and place of the awards ceremony.
