They advise all seniors to be careful in supermarket parking lots, as there are criminals who try to scam them.
When, after having put away the shopping, you get into the car and put your bag on the passenger seat, a person, distinguished and well dressed, knocks on the driver's window to inform him that there are some coins on the floor and, when the latter opens the door
To collect them, another person opens the passenger door and steals the bag.
Unfortunately, many elderly people have already been scammed in this way. Therefore, the Fnp-Cisl and Adiconsum of Ferrara advise extreme caution and urge interested parties to pick up a brochure from their offices containing tips on avoiding scams. They also remind those who are members of the CISL Pensioners' Association, upon filing a report with the authorities, are entitled to a refund in the event of theft.
