We believe it is appropriate to inform you that in recent days, many citizens have been receiving fraudulent emails, apparently sent by Hera Group companies, inviting customers to provide their data. Specifically, these communications refer to the right to receive a tax refund from Hera, which customers can request by clicking on a link and completing a form with their credit card details.
Please note that these communications are false: Hera does not offer its customers the option of credit card refunds for any of the services it manages. The Hera Group has already filed complaints with the Postal Police to protect itself and its customers.
Please spread this information to all interested parties, inviting anyone who receives emails of this type not to perform any of the indicated actions and to report them to the competent Authorities.
