As part of its sustainability project, CAF CISL has implemented a system that uniquely associates a remote Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) with each individual, enabling electronic document signing. The system can be activated upon request.

What does all this mean?

In practice, taxpayers will be able to electronically sign documents, both in person and remotely, without having to physically visit our offices. All you need is your smartphone to sign documents such as ISEE, 730, and PF Income Tax Forms.
All documents signed this way will be archived and accessible in the PERSONAL CAF reserved area, thus facilitating access and management of procedures. Furthermore, this solution will help reduce paper use, promoting a more eco-friendly and convenient approach for users, who will be able to complete the signature in just a few seconds.

The Advanced Electronic Signature (AES):

Electronic documents signed with the FEA have the same legal validity and evidentiary force as traditional paper documents. Once signed, the documents acquire integrity and unalterability. These documents comply with the formal requirements established by Article 1350, No. 13 of the Civil Code and will have the same legal and evidentiary force as private deeds (Article 2702 of the Civil Code).

How does the FEA work?

The FEA is activated using a technology that uses an OTP (One Time Password), a temporary code valid for a single transaction. The process relies on the signatory's mobile phone, whose number is registered when the service is requested, and a unique email address.

Free service and activation:

The FEA service is free and can be requested by registered users directly in the reserved area of the PERSONAL CAF portal or by contacting CAF operators. The service is activated after verifying the signatory's identity, which can be done in person or through online recognition, to ensure the authenticity of the request even remotely.

Service Management:

All documentation relating to the request, identification, and activation of the FEA will be sent via email and will be available in the personal area of the CAF portal.
At any time, the user can request the deactivation of the FEA (revocation) through their relevant CAF Office or directly online in the Reserved Area.

CAF CISL's goal has always been to make its services more efficient and faster through computerization, to simplify procedures and offer a more convenient experience to users.
