SICET WILL PROVIDE FREE DRAFTING OF ITS MEMBERS' APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Forty-three apartments on Via Bianchi will be rented at a controlled rent, meaning they are intended for residents with a guaranteed income but who have difficulty accessing the free rental market.
The apartments will be rented unfurnished. Leases will last for 3 years, with the option of extending them for 2 years (if the family unit meets the requirements).
The energy performance is excellent: all the apartments are in energy efficiency class A;
The most modern structural construction techniques were adopted to build these apartments, including compliance with the latest anti-seismic regulations.
A concierge service is available to maintain common areas.
Attached you will find both the announcement with the required ISEE requirements, as well as the application to be filled out.
The question, duly completed, in every part of it, and duly signed by the applicant, must be alternatively:
1. shipped by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the address of ACER Ferrara – Corso Vittorio Veneto 7 – 44121 FERRARA, in a sealed envelope containing the documentation required by the Call and bearing the wording: “APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION NOTICE FOR THE LEASE OF SOCIAL RESIDENTIAL HOUSING (ERS) LOCATED IN VIA GUSTAVO BIANCHI-FERRARA”;
2. sent via certified email to: bilancio@acerferrara.legalmail.it;
3. presented Directly at the Acer Ferrara Customer Service Desk, during the hours indicated in the notice. The person in charge will issue a receipt.
The application must reach Acer Ferrara by March 31, 2016For applications sent by registered mail, the postmark will be considered valid.
