ACER FERRARA, by delegation received from the lead municipalities of the CENTRAL NORTH, WEST and SOUTH EAST districts
communicates that the deadline of the public competition notice for the provision of supplementary contributions to tenants for the payment of rental fees, pursuant to articles 38 and 39 of regional law no. 24/2001 and subsequent amendments for the year 2015, has been extended to December 11, 2015.
The requirements for participation are:
- Italian citizenship or citizenship of an EU or non-EU country, provided that the holder is in possession of a valid residence permit for a period of no less than one year or an EU residence permit for long-term residents;
- Ownership of a rental contract for residential use (excluding accommodation with cadastral category A/1-A/8 A/9 and tenants of public housing accommodation) duly registered or ownership of a contract for the assignment of enjoyment of accommodation owned by a Cooperative with the exclusion of the deferred ownership clause
- Residence in the accommodation to which the rental/assignment contract refers located in one of the Municipalities of the District;
- Ordinary ISEE value for social benefits (expiring on 01/15/2016) not exceeding €17,154.30;
Contributions may cover up to three months' salary up to a maximum of 3,000 euros
