The Cisl brings together all workers and pensioners through the National Category Federations and the FNP, the national union of pensioners. The Category Federations organize Cisl members based on the sector to which the company belongs, the product sector or the organization in which the workers work. In all Italian provinces there is a branch of the Category Federations of the Cisl where workers, pensioners, young people and immigrants can turn to for labor disputes and many other protection and assistance services made available by the Cisl.
